The IISc-IBM Research 3rd Operations Research and Data Analytics Workshop will
be held at the Satish Dhawan Auditorium, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore on
3rd and 4th of March, 2008.
This is the 3rd workshop in the area of Operations Research
and Data Analytics that IBM Research has been organizing annually in partnership with
premier academic institutes in India. The previous two workshops were held in partnership
with IIT-Delhi and ISB, Hyderabad. Details of the technical programs of previous workshops

The goal of these workshops has
been to create synergy between
academics, graduate students, industry researchers, and experienced
industry practitioners
in the area of Operations Research and Data Analytics that are crucial for successful and
efficient operation of any modern day organization.
As always, topics related to Operations
Research and Data Analytics will form the basis for the technical program this year as well.
